REGIONAL SALES MANAGER  

 

Reporting to the EVP of Sales a successful candidate based in Los Angeles, CA will be responsible for developing the Company's recently launched Beverage line within the West Coast, and growing Nationally. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute company sales strategies
  • Achieve established quota in assigned territory by identifying and closing business opportunities through territory management target account prospecting
  • Develop business relationships by understanding customer business needs and helping them achieve their yearly business objectives
  • Maintain effective relationships with established customers
  • Conduct face to face meetings with customers and prospects, providing effective presentations/proposals to prospective customers
  • Responsible for selling full beverage product line by thoroughly assessing the customers needs presenting appropriate solutions
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product technology and industry trends
  • Provide management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the pipeline results and of prospecting activities
  • Support with the organization and execution of distributor & key account local shows and events
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing potential technical educators (bartenders) whenever requested by direct supervisor

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Business Development/Sales experience in Beverage Sector
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong analytical, leadership and communications skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers  
  • Strong industry network
  • Ability to work independently and to multitask
