Warehouse Administrator


Reporting to the North American Area Manager, the successful candidate based in Middleburg Heights Ohio will be responsible for supporting the organization's warehouse in a variety of ways including bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry, and logistics.



Responsibilities :

  • Keeping the company's filing system in order
  • Generate invoices and administer payments
  • Provide support for credit collections and manage the accounts payables/receivables report
  • Provide administrative accounting support for Budget preparation and proposals
  • Use of a variety of office software such as spreadsheet, email and databases
  • Manage parts delivery, payment and stock
  • Ensure that warehouse equipment and parts are sufficient stocked
  • Attend trade shows, expositions & conferences
  • Manage travel arrangements for sales meetings and field services 
  • Organizing and chairing staff meetings


Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel
